  • Ever Fail?

"Failure is not the opposite of success. It's the stepping-stone to success." ~Arianna Huffington Often we think of failure as the end. A sign we messed up and need to give up and start in a new completely new direction....
  • Don’t Wait to Celebrate Your Life

I recently had a great reminder that everything we experience is all based on our perception. This is true for all of our experiences. Some people have a rule about appropriateness. It can start from whether you can wear white after Labor Day to whether you have to be somber and sad when someone passes away. The most common is how people lean towards understanding and emphasizing when someone has a break-up, is having a hard time at work or loses a job – the “Oh of course you're sad or frustrated” or less resourceful than normal response to life. Whether we experience stress, tightening, fear or scarcity, it all plays into the thoughts and culture we grew up in and surround ourselves with. I feel blessed to have many friends from all of over the world with different traditions, most importantly I've made it a point to step out of the "appropriate" corner and explore, and I’m encouraging you to do the same....
  • What is it about fear?

Fear is something we have all experienced. Whether we allow it to stop us from accomplishing what we set out for or not, is ultimately up to us. It is a decision. A decision to either dance with our fear or become paralyzed by it. This was a great reminder for me tonight after watching Tony Robbins on Oprah’s OWN network....
  • Ever want to be perfect?

  • How Do You Celebrate Halloween?

  • Happy New Year! Welcome to the first day of 2013.

Most of us completely underestimate how much we can accomplish in a years time. In order to make sure you make the most out of this year, I wanted to share a few questions that I use in the New Year to set myself up for the next 12 months. Did you make a resolution leading up to the New Year? If you did, Great. Did you wake up this morning still excited about it, or did you already write it off as a drunken mistake that you’ll tackle another time/another year? If you haven’t yet thought of something you would like to change this year, is there anything you want to accomplish? Someone you envision being? Was there an area last year that caused you stress or tension? In relationships, health, in your family life, with your finances/career? Do you know what has been holding you back in this area?...

  • You get to choose who inside of you shows up

There was a time not too long ago, that I didn’t feel very alive. I lived in a constant state of conflict and felt really lost. It took me a year of searching, learning and growing to finally be in a place where I could put my hand on my heart and...
  • Creative with a Strong Belief!

I love this video because it reminds us that we are all creative. We are able to play, imagine and believe when we are children...and anything can happen...or at least we believe it can. Ever jump off your bed and get excited you could fly? Or believe you were someone else just by playing dress-up? As we grow up, it seems we reach this age where creativity is no longer acceptable....

Today is a day about celebrating love and life. Whether you have a valentine or not, Valentine’s Day can bring about a lot of emotions. I know a lot of people that hide out on Valentine's Day, pretend it doesn’t exist, or use it as an excuse to fill themselves up on chocolates....

  • Ever Have a Challenge in a Relationship?

Yes, it's true, love can be complicated... or maybe not love itself, but communication sure can be when we are not coming from an open place of love. Something I’ve learned that has been very useful for me is that there are two responses one can have when communicating. I am grateful to a good friend for reminding me of this tonight....
  • Take Your Pick: Anger or Gratitude?

I’m so grateful to be here this week in Las Vegas at Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery program. I have learned so much over the past few days, and I wish I could share all of my learnings with you. It would take too long to do that right now, however, I do have a great reminder that Tony mentioned today as he was telling a story about having a worthy opponent. A worthy opponent is someone that is able to trigger you. At times, we may think we want everything to be easy, but that would be so boring. Life is about having problems, solving problems and constantly growing to new levels… and hopefully having better quality problems along the way that help us to grow and become more....

  • Make it a Goal to be SMART this Year!

As a new year approaches, it is a great time to look ahead and think about what we really want this next year to look like. The most common approach is to make a few New Year’s resolutions that may not be very well thought out. While they may have wonderful intentions like going to the gym consistently, stopping drinking or smoking, spending more time with their families, without a plan and enticing reason for following through, most people tend to slip and give up on their goals within the first month. You may have heard the concept of SMART Goals before, and if not, I think you will find it to be a great check-in to ensure your success in the year ahead. SMART is an acronym for words that should describe your goals....
  • Ever Have A Dream?

  • Life Is All About the Decisions You Make

Ever fallen into the trap of believing you don’t know what decision to make? So you decide to make no decision? No decision is also a decision. Unfortunately, it is one that can have major consequences. As Tony Robbins says, “Your decisions equal your destiny.”...
  • Are You Ready?

I heard Donny Epstein say this morning, “Every few seconds, you are taking vows to be married to someone or something”. Are you ready to take a vow? I know this may sound like a strange concept, but it hit me that no matter how big or small the commitment or vow may be, we are making choices that lead us in a direction every time something comes up....
